Support Tools
On this page you can download our Remote Support tools. These enable us to remotely assist you should you be experiencing any issues with accessing or setting up our servers!
These tools are one-way only, so you must run and activate them for any user to have access to your machine.
Windows Assistance
If you’re working on a Windows machine or tablet, please click the Windows Help Icon below.
When you click on the file your Web-browser will ask you to run or save the file. Select the “Run” option. If you get a second prompt from Windows select the “Allow” option to allow the software to run on your local system. When the software runs you will be provided with an ID and password. Please supply these to the Secure-ISS team member when requested.
When the issues are resolved, simply close the application on your machine, this will ensure that we are no longer able to access your machine.
Mac OSX Assistance
If you’re working on a Windows machine or tablet, please click the Windows Help Icon below.
When you click on the file your Web-browser will ask you to run or save the file. Select the “Save File”option. (Note you will need a utility on your Mac that allows you to unzip files). When the file is saved, go to the folder in Finder and extract the DMG file. When the file is extracted, run the program. When the software runs you will be provided with an ID and password. Please supply these to the Secure-ISS team member when requested.
When the issues are resolved, simply close the application on your machine, this will ensure that we are no longer able to access your machine.
