OnEmail – Account Signup

Thanks for choosing OnEmail for your email and collaboration needs! There are a few items required from you to enable us to setup your OnEmail account. 

  • Your domain name (you don’t necessarily need a domain, but we do recommend it);
  • The email addresses that you would like setup (physical mailboxes where your mail is stored);
  • The email aliases that you would like setup (these can be any number of email addresses and the mail is delivered to one of the boxes setup under point 2);
  • Any external email addresses that you need to have polled (for having external email accounts such as Bigpond and Optusnet delivered to the OnEmail service);

So once you have all of this information we can get started! Just fill out the fields below and submit your order!

What is an email alias?
An e-mail alias is simply a forwarding e-mail address. Aliasing allows you to have multiple e-mail addresses sent to a specific e-mail account (ie. You could have the email addresses info@your-domain.com and sales@your-domain.com delivered to the one address admin@your-domain.com)
