How Outlook Protector Works!

  

Outlook Protector works to backup and make available your emails on the web!

Outlook protector is an application that embeds within Outlook, to make backing up select emails simple. Gone are the days where you have to backup your complete PST file including all the junk you do not need to save. Outlook Protector enables you to be selective about which emails are backed up, stored or archived to the Secure-ISS Servers.

What's more the emails that are backed up by Secure-ISS Outlook Protector are available to you 24/ 7 via the web from a web browser or a mobile device.

Automated or Manual Email Selection
You can configure Secure-ISS Outlook Protector so that you control which emails are backed up, stored or archived with Secure-ISS. Outlook Protector provides the option to:

  • Automatically Backup all emails that you receive (and Exclude those filed automatically to "Junk Email" or "Deleted Items");
  • Automatically Backup all emails that you send;
  • Manually control emails that are backed up through the Drag and Drop feature within Outlook Protector;

You can easily see at a glance if an email is available to you online within Outlook.

A Synched Folder Structure
Outlook Protector replicates any mailboxes and subsequent folder structures from your Outlook setup to our Servers. So your emails are stored in the same structure on our servers as they are on your machine. So you can find what you're looking for easily. You add a folder on your Outlook System and it will be automatically be created on the server.

In addition to this, if you move a backed-up email within your Outlook folders, it will be automatically moved on the Servers as well. If you happen to delete an email from Outlook, it will not be removed from the Secure-ISS Servers. So you can access it at a later time.

Access your data 24/ 7 via the Cloud
Once your emails are stored with us, you can access them 24/ 7 via the cloud, using our Web client or Mobile client. For more information on the features that are available to you click on Cloud Access.
