What versions of Outlook does Outlook Protector work with?
At the present Outlook Protector is available for
Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. Support for Outlook 2010 is
coming soon!
How do I access my stored emails?
Simple! Go to the website to review your emails @
zimbra.secure-iss.com.
Or you can access them via your Smartphone/ IPhone on the same
website.
Can I access my stored information via my IPhone?
Yes. Open up your Safari browser and go to
zimbra.secure-iss.com.
Is there any limit to the amount of emails I store?
No there is no limit to the number of emails you can store
with Outlook Protector. Provided you have a current Secure-ISS
Outlook Protector subscription, your emails will be backed up
and stored on our Servers.
Do I need to have a subscription to access my backed up,
stored or archived emails?
Yes you will need to have a valid subscription for us to
store your data and for you to access it?
How long is a subscription period?
The subscription period is for 12 months. Your $66 coves you
for a 12 month period from the day that you sign-up.
Do you offer a trial account?
No we don't offer a free trial. However we do offer a 30 day
money back guarantee. If Secure-ISS Outlook Protector doesn't
provide the service that you require, we will happily refund
your money within 30 days.
Do you offer any refunds after the 30 day money back
guarantee period?
No we don't offer refunds for any unused portion of
your subscription period after the 30 day money back guarantee
period.
What happens at the end of my subscription period?
You will be notified by Secure-ISS that your subscription is
to be renewed 30 days prior to the end of your subscription. You
will have the opportunity to renew your subscription, or you can
advise us that you no longer want to continue with the service.
At which point we will remove your data from our servers.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription before the
end date?
Secure-ISS will provide you with 14 days to make payment
after the end-date of your subscription. If payment is not
received, Secure-ISS will assume that you no longer wish to
continue with the service and your data will be removed from our
servers after day 14.

Yes, email support is available to all users on a First In
